Understand what each type of user can access on the RoundInfinity platform.
Enterprise Users
Service agents, field staff, administrators, or power users who can access the Management Console, Field Service App, Agent App, and the Mobile-Responsive Self-Service Portal, based on their assigned roles and permissions. Enterprise Users are licensed as named users - if 25 seats are purchased, only 25 specific users can be configured and granted access under this category.
Self-Service Users
Customers, suppliers, partners, or employees who can only access the Mobile-Responsive Self-Service Portal. They do not have access to the Management Console, Field Service App, or Agent App. Self-Service Users are licensed based on monthly active logins - if 500 self-service users are purchased, up to 500 unique users can log in each month, while any number of self-service users can be registered or configured in the system.
Management Console
A centralized interface for configuring custom business applications, custom reports, custom workflows, AI agents, custom integrations, communication channels, user settings, and security roles. It offers access to business data, knowledge repositories, reports scheduler, and campaign management tools.
Self-Service Portal
The Mobile-Responsive Self-Service Portal allows users to manage workflow tasks, raise requests, access knowledge articles, book appointments, participate in live and group chats, view documents & service reports, track request status and pending payments, update their profile, and view personalized dashboards - all from a mobile-friendly interface.
Field Service App
A mobile-responsive Field Service App designed to empower field staff with everything they need to complete service visits efficiently. Field staff can start and end visits, set reminders, add task notes, upload photos, capture customer signatures, and mark tasks as complete - all directly from the field.
Agent App
An AI-powered omnichannel Agent App built for customer service teams to manage conversations and tickets across Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat, Phone, & SMS - all from a single interface. Agents can answer calls, respond contextually using customer history, update case statuses, add internal notes, set reminders, and collaborate with teammates in real time.

Usage: When a service contract is uploaded, automatically checks the contract for risky clauses, inconsistencies, or missing clauses using LLM.
Cost: $0.1 per contract page
KYC AI Agent
Usage: Automatically validate KYC documents using AI-powered face liveness detection, US ID document validation, selfie-to-ID photo comparison, and user data extraction and verification from ID documents.
