Upon termination or expiry of the Agreement, RoundInfinity shall delete the Personal Data (including copies) in RoundInfinity's possession. This requirement shall not apply to the extent that RoundInfinity is required by applicable law to retain some or all of the Personal Data or to Personal Data archived on backup systems.
